FYI - I've been posting pictures from (Fort Wayne yearbooks) into my flickr account. If you see somebody you know - they're on my list to write about here.
Also, I copied a couple of pictures from Central Catholic and Central High School and they are posted in the same spot. My mom went to Central Catholic (1963-1965) and my grandpa went to Central (1938-1940). They're group photos so you might find a parent or other relative hidden within one. If you do - let me know!

I know of the James Battrick pictured in the Central Band photo. He married Notre Dame All American Emil Sitko's sister. I went to C.C. with Mr. Battrick's sons Eric and Dave. I believe he is still alive. Living with his son Eric. I also went to C.C. with Ralph Barva's older brother. They lived on Wilt st. for awhile.
James Battrick was my grandfather, who passed away July 27, 2009. Ironically i found your webpage after google-ing his name for a copy of the obituary...
