Where and When

It's been far too long since I posted something here. I've been busy but also, I've had a bit of procrastinator/writer's block.

To kick myself into gear, I thought I'd post a picture from the past and ask how many things can you all identify correctly.

1) What year?
2) What street is this?
3) What are the cross streets
4) What parade?
5) What are the buildings/businesses pictured here?
Bonus: Do they still exist?

Is it Harrison Street just north of Berry?

Looks like the City County Building in the background. And yes it is still there.

...and Berry
4) What parade?
Three Rivers
5) What are the buildings/businesses pictured here?
Fort Wayne National Bank (Is it still called that? It is still there), City-County, not sure about what's on Main in background...

Glad to see you back. I was starting to worry. You are after all an alleged serial blogger and I haven't seen you around lately.

I say 1975 during the Three Rivers Festival Parade. Location is Berry Street, just west of Calhoun, in front of the former Fort Wayne National Bank building. City-County building is in the background.

Holly has it right. It is the west side of the FWNB building. The smaller buildings on the left would be the back of Coney Island and the National Cigar Store. The road on the right side is Berry the road the Pallettes are on is Harrison. Year...have no clue...given the fact the picture is a 110 print I would say 78-83 time frame. Maybe 1983 for Hands Across America?
